What data do we process?
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, message and confirmation that you have read this privacy statement. When you contact us in another way, we process the information you provide. The website and hosting environment may also process limited technical data, such as an IP address, timestamp, browser information and security or delivery logs.
Why do we process this data?
We use this data to answer your question, remain in contact with you, provide our services and keep the website secure and reliable. Depending on the situation, the legal basis is your request to take steps before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, our legitimate interest in providing reliable and secure services, or your consent.
Retention periods
We retain contact requests only for as long as needed to handle and follow up the request. In principle, we delete them no later than twelve months after the last substantive contact, unless the information is needed for a contract, a legal retention obligation or the handling of a dispute. Technical and email delivery logs are retained only for a limited period.
Sharing with service providers
We do not sell your data. Service providers may process data on our behalf where this is necessary for hosting, email delivery, website management and other essential support. We limit this to what is necessary and make appropriate arrangements concerning security and confidentiality. We disclose data where required by law.
Cookies
The renewed website only uses technical and functional storage needed for WordPress, security, forms and language selection. We have not found advertising or tracking cookies from Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Facebook, X/Twitter or similar advertising services on this site. If this changes, we will update this statement and, where required, the consent choice.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data. You may object to processing and withdraw previously given consent. Send your request to info@e-canvasser.com. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity securely. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
